Sopeng is one of regencies in South Sulawesi, which stores the diversity of natural and cultural attractions are worth your visit, such as the uniqueness of bats and many others.

Here is a list of some interesting places you might visit:

Panorama Nature Bats.

Panorama Alam Kelelawar.

Since the first bat in the number of lots have been inhabited city and its unique Watansoppeng they just want to sit / hang on the existing trees in the city center. Towards night the bats will fly to find food in the mountains and back in the morning. It is said that according to local legend, if the bats have left the city Watansoppeng is a sign of impending disaster.


Baths Natural Hot Water Lejja.

The temperature of the water in these baths can reach 60 degrees Celsius so it is often believed to cure skin diseases and rheumatism. Baths are located in a mountainous area, has beautiful scenery, cool and very interesting place to visit for berrekreasi. Located in Bulu Village, District Marioriwa approximately 44 km from the city Watansoppeng.


Ompo Nature Baths.

Ompo natural baths are one of the leading attractions that are frequently visited by domestic tourists. This pond has a very clear water, cool and is a source of clean water to urban communities as well as processed into bottled mineral drinking water by one national company. Located in The Village Ompo, District Lalabata approximately 3 km north of the town Watassopeng.


Cita Coddong Cave.

Gua Coddong Cita.

It is one of the natural phenomena that form in limestone karst regions around millions of years ago. Previously, the cave was used by early humans as a settlement, shelter from bad weather and attacks by wild beasts. Inside the cave was also found human skulls from the Bugis ethnic group of species. Located in the village of Citta Liliriaja district about 53 Km east of the city Watansoppeng.
