Outbound Division Training & Team Building is one division which was formed by CV. Indotraveler Nusantara to satisfy the needs of the importance of building activity / activities together in the open and in many exotic places in West Java province.

The division is working specifically to help companies, institutions, organizations and society who need the means to develop the capacity of Human Resources in order to achieve certain desired goal, of course, with a safe and enjoyable.

Supported by instructors who are experienced in the field of Outdoor Activities, the Division never get the confidence to support the activities of Outing, Gathering and forth from various companies and agencies. Among others by:

OUTBOUND PROGRAM

1. Outbound Training
Is the training method "Learning from Experience" (Experiential Learning) to develop personal skills, Managerial and Leadership. With a dynamic activity and the challenges of interest through the media program at the outdoor games which aims to improve the power to think and analyze the (cognitive), emotional intelligence (affective) and the power of movement (psychomotor).

2. Outdoor Event Organizer, Adventure Activities & Camping Ground
Service is organizing an event that includes outdoor activities, outings, gatherings and service adventure activities Rafting / Rafting, Off Road, Mini ATV Ride, Paint Ball, Air Soft Gun, Hiking and Climbing.

3. Outbound Kids
Outbound is a customized program for children which aims to train sensitivity, reason, courage, leadership, sense of solidarity and values of knowledge about nature that are mixed into the outdoor games are interesting.
